Simple Invoices - Sales

This iPad only app, is for those people who make sales on the go. Do you buy those pads of blank invoices at the office supply store? Well, you don't need to restock anymore, this app will replace that need.
SETTING UP COMPANY INFORMATION:
Open up the app, and fill in your company information, tap on “Change Defaults” to start and tap on "Save" when you are finished. This information will be displayed on each invoice. You can change this information later by tapping on the "Change Defaults" button.
CHANGE DEFAULTS:
The following fields can be edited: Company Name, Company Slogan, Address 1, Address 2, Phone Number, Fax Number (some users change this to website address or e-mail address), Invoice Number, Company Policy 1, Company Policy 2, and Sales Tax (some countries prefer other naming instead of “Sales Tax”). Tap on the “Save” button when you are done editing the defaults.
NOTE: If you change the company information it will only appear on future invoices.
ADDING A LOGO:
There is two ways to add a logo. Your logo file should be named “logo.png” NOTE: lowercase spelling. A logo designed with 100 x 100 pixels works best. You can use the default logo if you like.
Option 1: Adding a logo is similar to how the backup/ restore feature works. To access, tap on “Change Defaults” and you will notice a “Change Logo” button will appear. Tap on the “Change Logo” button. Follow the on screen instructions. Make sure you type in http:// before the iOS device’s IP address.
Option 2: Connect your iOS device to your computer. Open up iTunes. On the left column select your iOS device and then click on the “Apps” near the top of the right hand pane. Scroll down to the bottom and from the “File Sharing” section on iTunes and choose “SalesInvoices”. Click on “Add” and choose the your logo.png and when iTunes prompts select to overwrite or replace the file.
CREATING A NEW INVOICE:
Tap on the "New" invoice button and fill out your customer information, and ship to information. Next, fill out the quantity, description, and unit price. Simple Invoices will calculate the subtotal. Finally fill out the sales tax percentage and any shipping and handling charges. If you do not have any of these charges you should enter in a zero for “Sales Tax” and a zero for “Shipping & Handling”.
NEW IN VERSION 1.07:
Tap on “Address button next to “To” and/or “Ship To” above where you would input the customer information and you can then select a contact to have the customer information auto fill from the iOS address book.
NOTE: Line #10 is for any labor services only this is used when sales tax is not calculated against a labor charge. If your state does not charge sales tax on labor then use this line. If your state does charge sales tax on labor use one of the other nine item lines. If you are unsure of which method to use, you should contact a CPA.

Simple Job Proposal

Introduction
This iPad app is for companies that want to make it easy to write a job proposal on the go. Great for anyone that does contract work.
How To Use
You simply launch Simple Job Proposal on the iPad, and fill out the customer’s name, date, customer’s address, customer’s phone number, customer’s email address, job name and location in the provided fields. How To Use
You simply launch Simple Service Agreement on the iPad, and fill out the customer’s info, date, phone number, address, and contact’s name in the provided fields. Next, you select the date that the agreement begins and ends. There are also check boxes available. If this agreement is a renewal, tap in the check box underneath the renewal heading. For the time period section tap in the box appropriate for the service to be administered (weekly, monthly, quarterly or other). For the “other” field, you can write in your own custom time frame. Next, you fill out the spaces with your “service to be performed”, any “special instructions” and “terms and conditions” specifications. Then, you input the annual agreement charge, initial service charge and any time period payments. Optionally there is an other section where you can add in your additional charges and give it a name. Finally, you hand the iPad to your customer. They sign their name on the line next to the customer signature section.

Receipts For You

This app is great for giving out a digital receipt when you are out and about. Are you a landlord, technician, friend, etc... who collects money due? This app is for you! After you collect the money you can fill out a receipt then e-mail it to the person who gave you the cash. Now you both have a receipt in pdf format!
How to create a Receipt: First, fill in “From”, “Amount”, and “For” fields. Next, use your finger to sign your name. Finally when you are done, you can e-mail the receipt. The receipt will e-mail as a PDF attachment. You can also add additional information in the body and change the subject line.
Other editable fields: You can change the receipt number by tapping in the “No:” field. You can also change the date if you by tapping on the date, a date scroll wheel will appear and you can scroll to the desired date. Then tap on“Select”.
How to clear your signature: Double tap anywhere on the signature and the writing will erase.
How to clear the main editable fields: Tap on the “Clear” button, this will erase the information in the “From”, “Amount”, and “For” fields.
